Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use ilmeanwhile.living. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Role Is Referral Only

Ilmeanwhile Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, drying, cleanup, mold remediation or repairs. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider, not Ilmeanwhile Restoration.

No Endorsement, No Promises

A connection to a provider does not mean we recommend that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

For General Learning Only

The content here is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every water damage case is different, and what fits one house may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. The real price depends on the job, the location, the materials and how far the damage has spread. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Safety First

Water damage can bring electrical danger, weakened structures and unsafe water. Do not put yourself at risk. If you think someone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Ilmeanwhile Restoration when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and up to date. Even so, we cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
